A few words

My Why

Life Skills are learned Skills

Helping Humans

Life Skills including Social Skills are the skills that help us live in a human society. They are learned not abilities we are born with.

Have you noticed the major social changes that have happened in the first few decades of the information revolution?

There are many benefits that flow from the digital transformation of the world but there has also been pain, disconnection and loneliness that hides behind smiling faces posing for selfies.

If you are feeling disconnected, unable to have meaningful conversations or connection there is something that you can do to make things a bit better.

Respectful Relationships

Respect means thinking about the feelings, wishes & rights of others, not just yourself.

I work to prevent family violence and workplace abuse by facilitating dispute resolution services and training and supporting dispute resolution practitioners. Supporting respectful relationships means helping to improve communication and collaboration.

Family Violence is a major issue in Australia and many other parts of the world.  Rather than being places of love and safety family violence means that family members live in fear and with destructive, abusive language and behaviour tearing away at their self-esteem and mental health.

We established Mediation Institute to train the professionals who help family members to separate without abuse.

We founded Interact Support to provide clear and accurate information and connect people with the professionals who can help them to sort things out. Because sometimes peace needs a helping hand.

Workplace Conflict, bullying and abuse are disruptive, corrosive of workplace cultures and harmful for mental health.  We spend so much time at work that if you are treated disrespectfully or feel unable to talk about issues that are bothering you it can really affect how you feel, not just at work but also at home.

We established Mediation Institute to train the professionals who help people in business, business partners, employers and employees, customers and suppliers and people in any other type of relationship to resolve problems through discussion and negotiation.

You can find professional mediators to help you to sort things out.
